Kaosknappen drejet på, eller uerklæret krig mod EU?

Igennem nogle måneder har Hviderusland (givet med Tyrkiet og Rusland som partners in crime) presset EUs grænser i Polen og Litauen ved at hjælpe flygtninge til grænsen og fastholde dem i ingenmandsland, ikke tilbage fordi de ikke selv vil have dem, ikke frem over grænsen, fordi EU ikke vil eller kan lukke dem ind under nugældende aftaler.
